The Administrative Assistant to the Principal provides essential support for the daily operation of the school by serving as the primary administrative support person for the principal and a welcoming first point of contact for students, families, staff, and community members. This position is responsible for managing schedules, correspondence, records, and school communications; assisting with student attendance and registration; coordinating meetings, events, and office operations; maintaining confidential student and personnel information; supporting financial and purchasing processes; and ensuring the efficient functioning of the school office. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and technology skills, demonstrate professionalism and discretion, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contribute positively to the caring, collaborative, and inclusive culture of Twin Valley Elementary School.
