Help keep our teams safe, supported, and in compliance with a boots on the ground approach.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and maintain our Safety Management System (SMS)
- Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
- Support and guide WSH committees and safety representatives
- Develop and update safety policies, procedures, and emergency plans
- Coordinate and schedule safety training for team members
- Track, document, and report safety incidents and compliance requirements
- Experience in health & safety (retail or multi-site is an asset) or willing to learn
- Knowledge of safety systems, compliance, and incident management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow through
- Safety certification or training (preferred)
- A practical, team-focused approach
