Role Description
This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, for a Registered Nurse (RN)or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a small non-profit located in Connellsville, PA. The RN/LPN will provide clinical oversight to approximately 20 persons. The role requires working closely with direct support staff and medical professionals to support treatment plans and provide high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in patient care management and oversight of QuickMar.
- Proficiency in checking and monitoring patients' vital signs monthly or as needed.
- Experience maintaining accurate documentation and medical records for HRST.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills within a residential setting.
- State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and CPR Trainer Certification (Agency will assist)
- Ability to follow medical and organizational protocols accurately
- ODP Train the Agency Trainer Medication Certification (Agency will assist)
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
