What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pest Control Technician/Sales Representative position at Twin Termite and Pest Control?
Twin Termite and Pest Control is currently hiring an experienced Pest Control Technician to support our residential and commercial service routes.
The ideal candidate is licensed, dependable, and confident working directly with customers. We’re looking for a technician who can not only perform quality pest control services, but also represent our company with professionalism and care.
Position Requirements:
- Active California Branch 2 Applicator license required
- Field Representative license is a plus
- Background in local termite treatment work is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid California driver’s license required
- Clean driving record required
Work Schedule:
- Primarily Monday through Friday
- Occasional Saturday work may be required
- Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Primary Duties Include:
- Treating pest issues at homes and commercial properties
- Applying products indoors and outdoors according to service needs
- Identifying pest activity and recommending treatment plans
- Supporting customers with ongoing pest prevention options
- Solving routine pest-related concerns in the field
- Explaining services clearly and maintaining strong customer communication
- Collecting payment when applicable after completed services
