Role Description
The Gas Lift Service Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Midland, TX. This role involves the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of gas lift systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Technicians will provide on-site customer support, maintain accurate service records, and adhere to safety protocols and industry standards. Additionally, the technician will collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical skills in gas lift systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and diagnostic assessments
- Experience in system maintenance, equipment repair, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
- Ability to work with hand tools and machinery commonly used in mechanical repairs
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a mechanical-related field is a plus
- Relevant field experience in gas lift systems or similar industry equipment is required
