What You'll Do:
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and procurement.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Track project costs, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Support projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience with a General Contractor or in the construction field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or other Scheduling Software a plus.
- Internship, co-op, or construction experience is a plus.
Salary:
$75-$90K annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

This is an in-person position based at our headquarters in East Moline, IL. After one year of successful performance, employees may have the opportunity to relocate to support projects in other markets as Twin Shores continues to grow.
