Medical Receptionist Front Desk Urgent Care

Twin Rivers Urgent Care is seeking an energetic and motivated team member who enjoys the challenges and opportunities of a busy medical clinic. As an Admissions and Patient Coordinator, you would:

-provide exceptional customer service for our patients, vendors and co-workers

-welcome patients to our facility

-gather demographic, insurance, and contact information

-answer phones

-scan records and receive payments

-assist with referrals and pre-authorizations

Prior office experience, especially medical, is desired. Willingness to fill occasional shifts at Hastings Urgent Care (25 minute drive) is a plus.

Flexible scheduling: Full-time scheduling is three shifts per week, and one weekend per month (every third weekend).
