Candidate must possess or be able to obtain a Designated Subjects Special Subjects: ROTC credential. Candidates without the credential must enroll in an approved Designated Subjects credential program. New credential candidates must verify four years of experience in the branch of service (at least one year of the experience must be within the three-year period immediately preceding the issuance of the credential. Upon acceptance of offer of employment, candidate must apply for Certificate of Completion of Staff Development (English Language Learner Authorization) waiver and enroll in a Certificate of Completion of Staff Development program if English Language Learner Authorization is not already obtained. Twin Rivers Unified School District is the 27th largest school district in California by enrollment, according to the California Department of Education.
