Job: The lawn care technician will work as part of a team to maintain client's lawns and landscapes; both residential and commercial.
Duties: Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing off walkways/driveways, weeding, shrub trimming, leaf clean up, and other manual tasks.
Weekly Schedule: 4-10hr. shifts. Mon-Thurs. Weekly schedule is flexible for part-time team members.
Opportunities may arise for additional hours on Friday's and Saturdays if desired.
Pay: $18-$25 per hour, DOE.
Bonuses: $250.00 90-Day bonus. $500 End-of-Season bonus (pro-rated)
PTO: Starts accruing on day 1.

Qualifications (preferred)
- Proven
- Strong knowledge of gardening and groundskeeping techniques
- Mechanical knowledge with proficiency in hand tools
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and tree/shrub care practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
