What This Job Is Really Like -

* Think of this like a busy shift:- Multiple deals is equal to multiple tables; your Sales team is your front-of-house; Finance is the the kitchen while your Customers waiting = deals that need to get done.

* You are the person making sure everything flows, nothing gets missed, and the team stays on track.---##

* What You’ll Do- Keep deals moving quickly and accurately from start to finish by Reviewing paperwork and catching mistakes before they become problems; you will coordinate between sales, finance, and banks; you will handle documentation and title work before it goes to the state for processing; You will be the final call in insuring every deal is completed correctly and on time. This is a high-volume, fast-moving role where details matter.---##

⏱ Schedule- 40–50 hours per week- Some evenings and Saturdays required

Qualifications:

- Must be cooperative, courteous, helpful and pleasant to assure an efficient and smooth processing of transactions in a non-hostile working environment

- Must be able to us a computer/computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and other web based programs

- Must be able to use a phone to route/manage dealership phone calls

- Have the ability to read and comprehend instructions/information

- Have excellent oral communication skills

- Must have ability to speak clearly and pleasantly on the telephone while conveying an image of professionalism to callers and in-person customers

- Have ability to convey message to employees quickly and clearly

- Provide a professional personal appearance

- Have the ability to work comfortably in a public setting

- Have the ability to communicate customers interests, needs and request to management and sales personnel

- Have the ability to understand car and truck terminology

- Must be able to work weekends and evenings

Driver’s License:

- Valid Driver's License Required
