Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter orders into the POS system, and deliver items efficiently.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and entertaining manner.
- Perform suggestive selling to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Monitor guest needs, check back for satisfaction, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain and adhere to Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines at all times while on shift.
- Represent the Twin Peaks brand through professionalism, energy, and a positive attitude.
- Promote events, specials, and brand initiatives to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food, beverages, and promotions.
- Assist with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and cleanliness of assigned sections.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Complete all required training and maintain certifications as required by local and state regulations.
- Work collaboratively with Front of House and Heart of House team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Support overall restaurant performance by maintaining efficiency and communication during service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- No prior experience required; hospitality or serving experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
