We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Front Counter Clerk to join our dry cleaning team. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Location is Toledo, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with dropping off and picking up clothing.
- Take customer orders and accurately record garment details and special requests.
- Process payments and answer customer questions.
- Bag cleaned clothing and organise orders for collection.
- Keep the front counter and work area clean and tidy.
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and attentive to detail.
- Able to stay organised and work efficiently.
- Previous experience in the dry cleaning industry is helpful but not required.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: Negotiable, depending on experience.
