Location: Bartolino's Twin Oaks, Big Bend Rd, Ballwin Missouri
Pay: Starting at $17.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent cleanliness and sanitization of all plates, glassware, flatware, cookware, and specialty equipment.
- Operate commercial dish machines and hand-wash delicate or high-value items as needed.
- Organize and restock clean items according to the kitchen brigade system.
- Assist chefs and cooks by keeping prep areas, workstations, floors, and trash receptacles clean and orderly.
- Follow strict food-safety and sanitation standards, consistent with SERV Safe protocols.
- Support smooth service flow during peak periods by maintaining an efficient dish pit.
- Communicate effectively with the culinary and service teams to anticipate needs and ensure readiness for each service period.
