What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aerospace Clean Line Technician position at Twin MRO?
As a Clean Line Technician, you will be tasked with handling Aerospace parts and performing various surface treatments using chemical solutions as part of the manufacturing process. In order to be successful, you must follow standard operating procedures, blueprints, and manufacturing sheets to complete parts cleaning duties within customer requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience with handling and cleaning parts in a manufacturing setting
- Must be competent with the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as well as material handling and potentially hazardous waste
- Must have prior experience working from blueprints, specifications, manuals, and other engineering documentation
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, with bending, stretching and overhead lifting required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Aerospace parts and related paperwork
- Experience within a manufacturing setting, preferably Aerospace
- Experience with database and/or operations software
- Supervisory experience and/or the ability to work with minimal supervision
