Pay is based on experience and benefit selections. Higher hourly rates may be available for employees who opt out of certain benefits.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care and administer medications
Monitor resident conditions and report changes
Complete clinical documentation and follow care plans
Work closely with nursing staff and providers to support resident care
Qualifications
Active RN license required
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
