Equipment Operator – Twin Lakes Dirt Works
Twin Lakes Dirt Works is looking for a dependable and motivated Equipment Operator to join our growing team. We specialize in underground utilities, site development, excavation, grading, septic systems, and residential and commercial earthwork throughout Western Montana.
Pay: $28.00–$35.00 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with water and sewer service installations
- Perform site grading, trenching, and utility excavation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Work alongside crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
- Follow company safety policies and jobsite requirements
Qualifications
- Previous excavation or heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Ability to read grade stakes and follow project plans is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable transportation and ability to arrive on time
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- CDL is preferred but not required
