What are the responsibilities and job description for the Horticulturist Position position at Twin Hills Country Club?
Now thru December, seasonal position. Hours will vary depending on weather. Early mornings and some weekends are a must.
Twin Hills Country Club is seeking a skilled horticulturist. This position will work closely alongside the turf agronomy team, the superintendent, and assistant superintendents. This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who enjoys outdoor work, and horticulture.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
-Planting flowers and plants
-Mulching Beds
-Watering of Beds
-Weed management of Beds
-Fertilize Beds under supervision of superintendent
-Back Pack Blowing
-Raking
-Shoveling
-Operation of turf equipment
-Ability to lift 50 lbs.
-Planning and implementing landscape design for our country club
Must be a team player with a positive attitude, and the ability to work alongside others.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
