Twin Fireworks is hiring a hardworking, reliable, and flexible warehouse associate to join our growing organization seasonally. As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to our logistics team, ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse during peak seasons. Reporting to Warehouse Lead, your primary responsibilities will include receiving, sorting, and distributing products while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Core skills such as inventory management and equipment operation are essential, while your ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing demands will enhance our productivity. This position requires you to perform various warehouse duties, such as sorting, loading, moving, unloading and receiving products. Other responsibilities include:
· Picking, packing, and loading orders accurately using handheld RF scanner
· Inspecting items for defects and reporting as required
· Restocking and maintaining/relocating inventory as directed
· Preparing items for shipping
· Unload shipments and put them away in assigned area
· Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse
· Following all warehouse procedures and safety measures
· Assisting customers with loading orders into their vehicles
This position will be part-time but during our busy season, it will offer the opportunity for full-time hours and potentially overtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting (preferred)
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required during warehouse operations while standing for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse environment
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
