As a Parts Counter Associate / Warranty Claims Administrator, you will split your time between assisting customers and technicians at the parts counter and managing the accurate submission and collection of warranty claims. Parts Counter Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts orders and inquiries
- Look up and identify parts using electronic catalogs and DMS systems
- Support service technicians with timely and accurate parts pulls
- Fill in for full-time parts counter representatives as needed
- Help maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department
- Submit manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims promptly and accurately
- Verify warranty coverage and claim eligibility for repairs
- Track and collect all warranty claim revenue
- Maintain organized records and documentation for claims processing
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure proper claim support
- No experience required - we will train the right person
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus and will be recognized
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Basic computer proficiency
