Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Licensing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for clients, assisting with vehicle registration, licensing processes, and related customer support. Bilingual abilities and experience in customer service or call center environments are highly valued. The Vehicle Licensing Representative will ensure smooth client interactions, provide accurate information, and maintain compliance with licensing regulations.
Duties
- Assist clients with vehicle registration and licensing procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Handle outbound calling to follow up on license renewals or related inquiries
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and specialized licensing software
- Process payments securely through cash handling procedures when applicable
- Maintain detailed records of client transactions and licensing status
- Offer bilingual support to accommodate diverse client needs
- Educate clients on licensing requirements, renewal deadlines, and related regulations
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as filing, document verification, and analysis of client data
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, call center roles, or client support preferred
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy
- Knowledge of vehicle licensing processes or government procedures is advantageous but not required
- Ability to handle outbound calls professionally and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
