Twin City Dodge is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing Service Department!
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the important connection between our customers and our technicians—making sure every customer receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers and create a welcoming service experience
- Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs
- Communicate repair recommendations, costs, and timelines clearly
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Coordinate closely with technicians and the Service Department
- Follow up with customers regarding recommended services
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong computer skills
- A team player who takes pride in their work
- Valid and clean driver’s license
