Searching for an Aluminum Welder/RV Technician.
Responsibilities
- Perform aluminum welding using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding to fabricate and repair RV frames, compartments, and custom components.
- Conduct comprehensive RV repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to assemble, disassemble, repair, or modify RV parts and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with heavy lifting and physical tasks required during installation or repair projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership or automotive service technician roles with a strong background in electrical systems and diagnostics.
- Skilled in welding techniques including aluminum welding (MIG/TIG), with a solid understanding of metal fabrication standards.
- Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, plumbing systems maintenance & repair, HVAC systems, tire service, brake repair, suspension work.
- Familiarity with auto body repair processes and equipment repair desirable.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment and perform heavy lifting safely.
- Mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with strong communication abilities to explain technical issues clearly.
- Valid experience working with auto body repairs or RV-specific systems is a plus; dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Aluminum welding experience required.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
