Become a Trusted Advisor to Healthcare Leaders Across Minnesota
The most successful healthcare sales professionals don't lead with a product.
They lead with solutions.
At Twin Cities Physicians, you'll partner with Executive Directors, CEOs, Owners, Regional Leaders, Directors of Nursing, and other senior healthcare decision-makers to improve access to physician-led care for thousands of seniors throughout Minnesota.
You're not selling office supplies.
You're not selling software.
You're helping senior living communities improve patient outcomes, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, strengthen clinical support, and provide residents with better access to healthcare.
If you enjoy building executive relationships, solving complex problems, and creating partnerships that genuinely improve lives, we'd love to meet you.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
- $100,000 - $130,000 guaranteed base salary
- UNCAPPED commission plan with no earning ceiling
- Realistic first-year earnings of $160,000 - $250,000
- Build your own territory and become the face of Twin Cities Physicians throughout Minnesota
- Work directly with executive leadership and help shape the continued growth of the organization
- Represent a physician-led medical group with an outstanding clinical reputation
- Sell a service that improves healthcare instead of another commodity
Your Mission
Your goal is simple.
Help more seniors receive exceptional medical care.
You'll accomplish that by identifying communities that would benefit from physician-led primary care services and building long-term partnerships with the leaders responsible for those communities.
Every successful relationship creates lasting value for residents, families, caregivers, providers, and healthcare organizations alike.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop new partnerships with senior living communities throughout Minnesota
- Meet with Executive Directors, CEOs, Regional Directors, Directors of Nursing, and ownership groups to understand their clinical and operational goals
- Prospect consistently through networking, referrals, cold outreach, industry events, and in-person meetings
- Present physician partnership solutions that improve resident care while supporting community operations
- Guide each opportunity from initial introduction through implementation while collaborating closely with clinical and operational leadership
- Maintain an active sales pipeline while building long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and results
- Represent Twin Cities Physicians with professionalism, integrity, and consultative expertise
Who Excels Here?
The people who perform best in this role are naturally curious.
They ask thoughtful questions.
They listen before presenting solutions.
They enjoy opening new doors, meeting new people, and earning trust over time.
They're competitive without being transactional.
They're relationship builders who understand that meaningful partnerships are earned—not sold.
