Job Overview

As an Experienced Auto Glass Technician, you’ll be responsible for removing, installing, and replacing automotive glass on a variety of vehicle makes and models. The ideal candidate has at least three years of auto glass experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship.

You’ll also have opportunities to develop your skills in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration and other automotive safety technologies.

Responsibilities

• Remove, install, and replace automotive glass on a variety of vehicles.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete installations safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles and glass components for damage, proper fitment, and installation quality.
• Ensure completed work meets company quality and safety standards.
• Clean vehicles and work areas following installations.
• Handle glass panels and vehicle components safely, including heavy or awkward materials.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized, safe work environment.
• Learn and perform ADAS calibrations following windshield replacement, as trained and qualified.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver reliable service and quality results.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of auto glass experience required.
• Knowledge of automotive glass removal, installation, and replacement procedures.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to safely lift and handle automotive glass and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing skills related to ADAS calibration and vehicle safety systems.
• Experience with window tinting or auto body repair is a plus.
