Compensation

• Targeted Annual Earnings: $45,000 - $75,000 per year
• Commission Structure: Highly competitive 30% commission on closed deals.

Location

• This role requires daily fieldwork in the hiring branch's local territory.

• Fieldwork: This is an outside, door-to-door sales role requiring daily travel within the territory.

Requirements

We are seeking high-performing, experienced, and self-driven sales professionals. Committed and motivated individuals who are new to sales are welcome also.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
• Ability to work in a competitive and performance driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the lawn care, pest control, or home service industries.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales or field sales.
• Proven track record of success in closing deals (door-to-door or direct sales experience strongly preferred).
