Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention.
• Use tools and equipment effectively, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Install fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary for larger projects or repairs.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Familiarity with basic electrical systems; knowledge of using an ohmmeter is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A strong work ethic with attention to detail in all aspects of work performed.
