Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Assistant located in Carrollton, TX. The Team Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing and maintaining files, supporting staff with day-to-day tasks, answering and directing communications, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various office duties to help maintain a smooth and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills, such as scheduling, data entry, and record-keeping
- Proficiency in communication tools, email management, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to completing tasks independently
- A background in healthcare or hospice is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education are advantageous
