Twigs Bistro & Martini Bar is seeing an experienced General Manager to lead our team at our newly opened Coeur d'Alene location.
Twigs is known for delivering a polished casual dining experience with fresh ingredients, handcrafted cocktails, and exceptional hospitality. Our General Manager planys a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a strong team culture, and delivering an outstanding experience for every guest.
We are looking for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
- Lead, coach, and develop a strong management and hourly team
- Maintain high standards of guest service, food quality, and hospitality
- Manage labor, scheduling, and staffing levels to support operational needs
- Monitor and control sales performance, labor costs, and operational expenses
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
- Address guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with leadership on promotions, events, and community engagement
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout the restaurant
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and cost controls
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
