The Opportunity
Twiddy & Company is looking for a technically savvy Email Marketing Specialist to help power one of our most important revenue channels. Email plays a direct role in driving bookings, supporting homeowners, and shaping the guest journey from start to finish. You’ll partner closely with the Marketing Manager to execute high-performing campaigns and automated journeys, with the opportunity to take on increasing ownership of strategy and performance over time. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, optimizing, and working with data, while also bringing creativity and thoughtful design to the inbox.
What You’ll Do
Execute & Build: Develop and deploy responsive email campaigns and automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Segment & Target: Use audience segmentation tools to ensure the right message reaches the right guest at the right time.
Optimize Performance: Run A/B tests on subject lines, creative, timing, and targeting. Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on data.
Reporting & Insights: Track campaign performance, build clear reports, and help connect results back to booking trends and overall business impact.
Own the Details: Maintain brand standards across all outgoing email communications, from marketing campaigns to operational updates and homeowner newsletters.
Support Deliverability & Compliance: Monitor list hygiene, engagement trends, and compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR) to protect sender reputation and performance.
Who You Are
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
Technical: Comfortable working in HTML/CSS and building responsive email templates. Familiarity with SQL or experience using data segmentation tools is preferred.
Analytical: You look beyond open rates and clicks to understand what drives bookings and engagement.
Growth-Minded: You’re eager to deepen your technical skills, enjoy continuous learning, and are motivated to take on more ownership over time.
Bonus Skills: 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
