Location: REMOTE - anywhere in Florida – Offices located in Jacksonville, FL

Salary: $160,000 - $225,000 Base (negotiable) Mo/Qtrly/Annual Bonuses (OTE= $275k-$400k )

Bonus Opps: 10% Production/ 10% of origination fees / 5% Consult/ 10% dormant client bonuses

Production Bonus: Target = 1900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk); 10% production bonus ($10k /mo)

• JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required

• 5 years of commercial litigation experience required

• 2 years of bench trial, jury trial, and 1st or 2nd chair experience required

• Significant motion practice experience required

• Experience conducting depositions, substantive hearings, and evidentiary hearings required
