They specialize in retail design projects, with smaller projects ranging from $20K–$50K and larger projects from $500K–$1M. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of projects, acting as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, including suppliers, clients, architects, and contractors. Construction Project Coordinator (construction/trade/or architectural exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Support the PM and sales team with client communications
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, quotes, etc.
• Organize customer and project files in the network and ERP system
• Assist with drawings, verify design intent, and identify unknowns for quoting
• Confirm packing and shipping requirements
• Research and source materials, track supplier costs, and maintain cost histories
• Monitor production phases and provide client updates
• Review CAD drawings to prepare material take-offs
• Support quality control for incoming materials and finished goods
• Perform cross-functional tasks as needed
Construction Project Coordinator (construction/trade/or architectural exp. req.) Qualifications
• 3 years of project support experience in construction, architecture, or skilled trades required
• ERP or construction software experience required
• Must be able to work onsite daily
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
