A growing marketing and advertising agency is seeking a hands-on Business Manager to serve as a key member of the leadership team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants visibility across the entire business. You'll partner directly with the CEO, oversee financial operations, support strategic decision-making, and help drive continued growth in a creative, collaborative environment.
What You'll Own
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Payroll, AP/AR, and accounting oversight
- Operational process improvement
- Vendor and business administration
- Leadership team collaboration and decision support
What We're Looking For
- Accounting, finance, or business operations experience
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a growing organization
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with leadership
- QuickBooks experience preferred
