Controller | Leadership Team
Our client is hiring a Controller to step into a highly visible role at the center of the business. This isn’t just about reporting numbers - it’s about bringing clarity, structure, and insight to how the agency operates and grows.
You’ll own the financial function end-to-end: reporting, forecasting, cash flow - while helping strengthen the systems and processes behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with leadership, contribute to key decisions, and make sure the business has the information (and discipline) it needs to move forward with confidence.
Day to day, that means overseeing accounting operations (A/R, A/P, HR Administration & payroll), partnering with external advisors, and keeping everything running smoothly across finance and internal operations.
You’re likely a fit if you:

- Are comfortable being hands-on while operating at a leadership level
- Have a strong accounting foundation (GAAP) and experience in a growing environment

Salary : $105,000 - $110,000
