Account Executive – Marketing & Client Services

Are you a marketing professional who loves the client-facing side of the business?
We’re partnering with a well-established agency in the Springfield, MA area that is looking for an Account Executive to join its client services team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while keeping marketing strategy, projects, people, and deliverables moving forward.
You don’t necessarily need to come from a traditional Account Executive path. We’re interested in professionals with experience in account management, marketing, digital marketing, content strategy, communications, project management, or a related area who have the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and confidently coordinate work across teams.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Lead client communications, status updates, reporting, and strategic discussions
- Translate client goals and needs into clear direction for internal teams
- Coordinate integrated marketing initiatives across digital, creative, PR, media, and content
- Keep projects, timelines, priorities, and deliverables on track
- Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve issues
- Bring forward ideas and recommendations that add value
- Identify opportunities to expand services and grow existing client relationships
What we’re looking for:
Someone who is polished and comfortable with clients, highly organized, proactive, and genuinely interested in marketing. You should be comfortable juggling multiple clients and priorities in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to happen.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
