What We Are Seeking
We are seeking a full-time experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. The ideal candidate for this newly created position will be experienced in servicing Personal Insurance for an independent agency, have a current Property & Casualty insurance license, be outgoing, involved in the community, possess a strong attention to detail and have excellent time management skills. A self-motivated professional who will ‘do whatever it takes’ to resolve client issues and can work with all stakeholders promptly and effectively will shine in this department.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage accounts efficiently ensuring timely renewals and addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Process endorsement and policy information requests.
- Conduct annual renewal meetings with clients to identify new coverage needs and ensure clients understand their coverage.
- Market new business and remarket existing business as needed and in compliance with TWG standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
- Update and maintain all client details in Epic (agency management system) to ensure the information is accurate and current.
Minimum Requirements
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency
Preferred Skills
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Associate Degree
- Management Rating Systems: Epic, Carrier Rating Systems
- Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams, GoToMeeting
