TwentyAI has partnered with an innovative AI and biosensing technology company building the future of adaptive training and cognitive performance. Their platform combines EEG, PPG, eye tracking, and behavioral data to help enterprise organizations and high-performance teams improve decision-making, resilience, and cognitive outcomes through real-time physiological insights.
They're looking for a Product Operations Manager to help bring cutting-edge products from development into real-world deployment. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role responsible for coordinating hardware and software readiness, managing technical execution, supporting user testing, and ensuring products are ready for enterprise and commercial deployments. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design teams while helping drive projects from concept through launch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own product readiness across hardware, software, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep complex development projects on schedule
- Lead hands-on user testing and validate product performance in real-world environments
- Build deployment playbooks, testing protocols, operational processes, and documentation
- Identify technical and operational risks early to ensure successful customer deployments
What They're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Development, or a related field
- Experience working with hardware-focused products, such as wearables, consumer electronics, connected devices, or medical devices
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to effectively partner with engineering teams and drive execution
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects from development through deployment
- Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments where you'll build processes from the ground up
- Experience at a product development consultancy (e.g. M3 Design, Mixer Design, IDEO, frog, etc.) is a strong plus
