What You Bring

  • 5 years in enterprise SaaS sales, retail technology, or the eCommerce industry with a strong track record of closing large, complex deals ($500K–$10M ARR).
  • Deep knowledge of the eCommerce landscape β€” proven experience selling into digital retailers, DTC brands, or eComm technology ecosystems (OMS, ERP, payments, fulfillment, or supply chain).
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality β€” skilled at building pipeline through outbound and industry networking.
  • Comfortable selling to senior eCommerce, digital, and operations leaders (CRO, COO, VP eComm, Head of Digital, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic, consultative approach with resilience to manage long deal cycles.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a collaborative mindset.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects in the eCommerce and retail ecosystem.
  • Drive outbound business development and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations around inventory, forecasting, and digital operations challenges.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles across eComm, Ops, Finance, Procurement, and Marketing.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, driving ~$4.5M ARR annual quota.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Stay on top of eCommerce trends, retail innovation, and competitive moves to sharpen positioning.
