About the Role
Our rapidly expanding telehealth clinic is seeking a motivated and growth-minded Nurse Practitioner to provide medical cannabis evaluations and certifications via virtual visits.
This position will start part-time as patient demand builds and is expected to transition into full-time hours as we expand into additional states.
Providers must be willing to obtain additional state NP licenses (clinic assistance and guidance provided). This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling telehealth practice early and grow into a long-term role with increased hours, income potential, and leadership opportunities.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $65 per hour
- Productivity bonus opportunities as visit volume increases

Income Potential
- Part-Time: typically $2,000 – $4,500 per month depending on hours worked
- Full-Time: potential $7,000 – $11,000 per month as clinic volume expands

Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth visits for medical cannabis certification evaluations
- Assess patient history and qualifying conditions
- Complete required documentation and EMR charting
- Provide patient education regarding safe and appropriate use
- Maintain compliance with state-specific telehealth and cannabis regulations
- Collaborate with scheduling and administrative staff
- Maintain professional, efficient virtual workflow
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in at least one U.S. state
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses (required for role growth)
- Telehealth experience preferred
- Background in primary care, urgent care, pain management, psychiatry, or functional medicine preferred
- Strong charting skills and ability to work independently
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup
