We are a premier catering company with a cafe location and two event venues under management - known for delivering 5-star experiences. We are looking for a multifaceted team member to help us execute flawlessly across all locations. Some days are fast-paced and high-energy; others are beautifully laid-back. If you're burned out from the restaurant world and need some time to slow down while still earning great money this job is for you.
Best of all? We will train you in every aspect of the job—directly alongside the owner who has 20 years experience in fine dining and banquets.
What You'll Be Doing (The Variety Pack):
- Catering Prep (Tilton Location): Help prep, pack, and organize for events of all sizes—weddings, corporate gatherings, and everything in between. These hours can be flexible if you can work independently. Imagine being able to turn on your favorite music or podcast as you bang out a prep list. Or, these hour can be very set and routine during the week.
- Event Execution (Function Space & Off-Site at Other Venues): Ensure our catering clients receive the elite, 5-star service they expect from us. You will go to events and weddings as part of our established team.
What We Offer:
- Great Compensation: A highly competitive $25/hr base wage plus your share of event gratuities can bring you well above $35 per hour.
- Work-Life Balance: A maximum 4-day work week with flexible weekday scheduling. Saturdays are a must with very occasional Sunday events.

- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation. (1 Winter, 1 Summer)

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous food/hospitality experience is required.
- Reliability: You must have reliable transportation to get to work.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, a strong guest-service mindset, and adaptability to shifting paces.
- Saturdays are required in peak event season. Your weekday schedule can be a little flexible. 4 day work week is the max.
