Join our team at Tweeds Custom Suit Shop — one of the nation’s premier high-end custom clothing brands. With 11 locations across the U.S., we specialize in creating 100% bespoke garments from scratch, with a rigorous measuring process and fully customized design. Our focus is on luxury suits, with starting suit prices beginning at $2,000. We are looking for an ambitious Style Consultant for our Fort Lauderdale location — someone who thrives in sales, loves fashion, and can build strong client relationships. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, perfect for self-motivated individuals.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and grow your personal client base through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Guide clients through our custom measuring and design process
• Deliver expert style advice and an exceptional customer experience
• Manage appointments, fittings, and follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (luxury retail or fashion a plus)
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Passion for high-end fashion, style, and craftsmanship
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with top performers regularly earn $110k . Your income will be directly tied to your ability to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting relationships.

A Note from Our Owner

I started TWEEDS in 2019 out of a 16-foot box truck after spending seven years hustling in the dry cleaning business, knocking on doors and building my dad’s company. I took that same work ethic, bought a truck, built a suit shop inside it, and hit the streets of Sarasota—meeting clients one handshake at a time.

For three years, I ran TWEEDS entirely on wheels before opening our first brick-and-mortar store in Sarasota. Six years later, we’ve grown to 11 locations and are still expanding rapidly. Even as we grow, we’re committed to keeping the personal touch and close-knit culture that got us here.
