Front Counter Customer Service
Tweeds Dry Cleaning provides customers with exceptional dry cleaning and tailoring services at a competitive price. Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a welcoming and positive attitude
- Inspect all garments to be cleaned; open all buttons on shirts and check all items for rips, holes, stains, repairs, etc.
- Heat seal barcode to each item and associate with a customer; Enter details into each barcode (item type, color, pattern, textile, price, etc.)
- According to cleaning label, distinguish and separate clothing that needs to be laundered from dry cleaning.
- Place marked items into correct bins (Dry cleaning, starch, no starch, wash)
Skills/Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of sales/customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Product knowledge
- Data entry skills
- Organization; time management
- Analyzing information
- Reporting Skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Ability to be on feet for an extended period of time.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
