About the Role
Join our Luxury Brand Marketing Team to elevate the online presence and brand value of Frank Family Vineyards by planning, crafting, and managing content for marketing programs and digital platforms. This individual will be a key player in Frank Family’s digital strategy and help ensure brand assets are used effectively in telling our story.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media
- Plan, implement, and monitor Frank Family’s social media strategy
- Develop and curate engaging and creative content for social media platforms, meta ads, and blog, posting to social channels regularly and on the blog at least twice a month
- Engage with audience daily and respond to messages, inquiries, and comments
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to foster growth and engagement
- Collaborate with external agencies to manage influencer campaigns and create supplemental content
- Attend Frank Family Vineyards on-site and regional events to capture social media content and serve as an ambassador for the brand.
- E-Commerce
- Update content on website through internal CMS (event listings, tech notes, news and reviews, SKU setup on shop page, etc.)
- Coordinate with FFV Brand Manager and Director of DTC Sales to create captivating and sales-driven email campaigns through MailChimp
- Copywrite and photo edit for consumer emails
- Design
- Work closely with FFV Brand Manager and external design agencies to plan and execute biannual printed wine club magazine from concept to completion
- Support the Tasting Room and Wine Club teams with digital/print POS requests (club invitations, tasting sheets, brand brochures, menu cards, etc.
About you:
- You have a BS or BA in Marketing or related field
- You are an excellent communicator - written and verbal
- You are proficient with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- You have experience with Meta Ads Manager
- You are proficient with video and photo editing tools, Canva and Adobe Design Suite a plus
- You are detail-oriented and calm under pressure to meet deadlines
- Intermediate level of wine knowledge a plus

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $71,000 to $86,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of the Calistoga, CA area. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
