Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking highly motivated Technical Solution Proposal Writers experienced working in fast-paced, deadline-driving federal proposal environments.

Note: Candidates will be required to provide references and writing samples.
- Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent):
- Analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) to identify requirements and compliance needs.
- Gather information required to develop technically compliant responses.
- Lead writing effort by working closely with proposal manager, business development, capture managers, solution architects, and technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand the proposed technical approach.
- Compile, organize, and maintain reusable proposal content including executive summaries, capabilities statements, past performance references, program management plans, quality control plans, staffing plans, transition plans, graphics, tables, and charts.
- Develop structured, compelling narratives aligned with solicitation requirements that are clear, persuasive, and compliant.
- Ensure submissions meet all formatting, compliance, and submission requirements
- Support proposal schedules, reviews, and final production activities.
Ideal Background:
- 5 years (mid-level) or 8 years (senior level) proposal writing experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of work-related information and materials.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to collaborate with team members to ensure proposal success.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a high-tempo proposal environment with rapid response timelines.
- Strong ability to interpret solicitation requirements and ensure full compliance.
- Familiarity with government or industry proposal standards and evaluation criteria.
- Ability to align proposal content with organizational capabilities and regulatory expectations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work onsite or hybrid in the Washington, DC metro area.
