What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Supervisor position at TWC?
We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to support operations at our Team West (CSU) clinic. This role will provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff, ensure regulatory and organizational compliance, and support daily unit operations. The Nursing Supervisor will maintain flexibility with scheduling, including split shifts, on-call responsibilities, and occasional weekend coverage, and should be available to start as soon as possible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
- Experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- AAS certification as a crisis worker preferred
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurance providers
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace and work-related locations
- Availability for on-call support
- Willingness to work 1–2 weekends per month as needed
- Ability to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and support to nursing staff
Status:

Additional Coverage: 1–2 weekends per month
