What Success in our Maintenance Contract Specialist Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Overall responsibility for accomplishing administrative and billing functions in an accurate and efficient manner.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Contract Set-Up and Administration: Enters and maintains accurate records of contracts and related documents in a centralized database or contract management system.
- Renewals: Reviews and analyzes contracts. Coordinates renewals and extensions, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client/vendor expectations. Works with appropriate branch to adjust as needed. Records and documents upon approval.
- Amendments: Enters contract changes for requested revisions. Provides proper communications to appropriate branches.
- Purchase Orders: Reviews and enters monthly PO's. Works with branch operations and sales teams to ensure efficient processing.
- Contract Billing: Reviews and analyzes work orders and compares against service tickets and/or quoting details. Reconciles against contract invoices.Monitors parts and materials to ensure appropriate costing per work order.
- Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned.
- Job Related Experience: 3-5 years of accounting experience, maintenance contract experience preferred or Equivalent Experience
- Education: Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field
