- Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment efficiently and accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
- Install new kitchen equipment following manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service during onsite visits.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
