We are currently seeking experienced technicians to support our growing operations. This role is best suited for individuals with hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Position Overview: This position focuses on the service, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC and refrigeration. Technicians work independently in the field while staying connected with dispatch and supporting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service calls in a timely manner
• Identify electrical and mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain compliance with EPA regulations
  
  

Qualifications Required

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC, refrigeration
• Experience working in commercial environments
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
  
  

Preferred

• EPA certification or ability to obtain
• Experience working independently in a service technician role
• Ability to provide professional, customer-focused service while working directly with clients on-site
  
  

Great To Have

• Experience with commercial cooking equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, and other cooking systems)
  
  

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates should have prior field experience working on commercial systems and be comfortable handling service calls independently.
