What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems
• Work on split systems, package units, walk-in/reach-in coolers & freezers, exhausts , and ice machines
• Support the service team with basic repairs, equipment cleaning, filter changes, and inspections
• Learn new systems and techniques with on-the-job and in-house training
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with dispatch
  
  

What You’ll Need

• (6-12) Months experience in the HVAC field (commercial or residential)
• EPA Certification
• Technical certificate is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn advanced diagnostics
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• A team-first attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
