- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems
- Work on split systems, package units, walk-in/reach-in coolers & freezers, exhausts , and ice machines
- Support the service team with basic repairs, equipment cleaning, filter changes, and inspections
- Learn new systems and techniques with on-the-job and in-house training
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate with dispatch
- Permanent address NE of the Atlanta area. Lawrenceville, Duluth, Roswell, etc.
- Prior experience or training in HVAC/R or mechanical systems
- EPA Certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn advanced diagnostics
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license
- A team-first attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
