What Success in our Billing Specialist Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Completes billings and administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Billings : Creates invoices in accordance with current client billing requirements and submits through workflow for approval while following currently published best practices. Prints, proofs, posts, and prepares for distribution. Resolves any rejections and completes in workflow. Forwards all warranty work to the Warranty Billing Department.
- Ticket Review: Reads all work order notes and summaries critically and carefully to ensure we have accounted for all parts, vendor materials, labor, travel, applicable sales taxes, and any other billable items. Validates the costing of the work order to service tickets and/or internal quote detail. Confirms we have included all billable costs on the client invoice.
- Parts and Materials: Reviews and monitors parts and materials transactions to ensure they are being costed to work orders accurately and on a timely basis per best practices. Processes the inventory and miscellaneous purchase transactions daily while reviewing the postings for accuracy.
- Job Related Experience: 0-2 years of accounting experience
- Education: Associate's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
